The Method Yoga TRANSFORM course is a cutting edge movement system that integrates interval Athletic Training, Circus Arts, Pilates and Rocket Power Yoga. This program evolved organically over the past decade.
THIS IS A 6 DAY A WEEK TRANSFORMATIONAL YOGA CROSS-TRAINING BOOTCAMP. DO EACH STEP FOR 4 WEEKS THEN GO TO THE NEXT ONE.

  • REV Foundation 1

    Episode 1

    Rev is an interval sprint training class designed to shape and target the whole body. This is a low intensity training level to introduce your body to the foundational exercises of this training system. Feel free to skip and rest when needed.

  • FORGE Foundation 1

    Episode 2

    THIS IS A BEGINNER LEVEL CORE TRAINING CLASS DESIGNED TO INTRODUCE SIMPE AND EFFECTIVE EXERCISED TO INCREASE CORE STRENGTH AND OVERALL BALANCE AND AGILITY.

  • ROCKET Foundation 1

    Episode 3

    THIS IS BEGINNER LEVEL ROCKET CLASS DESIGNED TO INTRODUCE THE STUDENT TO THE FOUNDATIONAL ROCKET POSTURE SEQUENCE, MOVEMENTS AND TRANSITIONS. THE FOCUS OF THE FOUNDATIONS SERIES IS TO LEARN TO MOVE AND BREATHE WITH INTENTION AND BECOME PROFICIENT IN SHOULDER STAND AND CROW.

  • BODY BUILDER 1

    Episode 1

    Need: Jump Rope, Medicine Ball or hand weights, Training Mat

    THIS IS A HIGH ENERGY, MIXED METHOD INTERVAL TRAINING CLASS DESIGNED FOR INCREASED STAMINA, WEIGTH LOSS AND CORE STRENGTH. DO THIS VIDEO MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY FOR 1-4 WEEKS THEN CONTINUE TO THE NEXT VIDEO IN THE SERIES.

  • LEARN YOGA BOOTCAMP 1

    Episode 1

    DO THIS VIDEO

    MONDAY/WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY FOR 2-4 WEEKS

    THEN CONTINUE TO THE NEXT VIDEO IN THE SERIES.

  • CIRCUS Foundation 1

    Episode 6

    Beginning level Circus Strength and Inversion Training. Not for people who have spine or neck injuries. Recommended that students use thick padded mats for head standing. Skip anything you don't feel comfortable and safe doing.
