CIRCUS Strength and Inversion Training
This training system is the perfect compliment to Rocket Yoga training. It will challenge you to build the core strength and body awareness to invert your body with skill and fearlessness.
This training system is designed for learning and step by step progress. Do each video for 2-4 weeks, or until the challenge is overcome, and progress to the next video.
