Pilates Core Training
This training system is the perfect compliment to Rocket Yoga training. It will challenge you to build the strength and control necessary to more the body with power and grace.

This training system is designed for learning and step by step progress. Do each video for 2-4 weeks, or until the challenge is overcome, and progress to the next video.
