  • *ROCKET Intro

    For Beginners use this video to get the flow down. Foundations training level will gradually prepare you for more advanced level and postures. Do this video 1-20 times then progress to Foundation Training Series.

  • *FORGE Intro

    Great starter class. Do this class 2-3 times a week. If this isn't challenging move to Foundation Series Classes. For information and advanced training, coaching or teacher training email reed@methodyoga.com

  • *CIRCUS Intro

    Circus strength and inversion training. Do this video 3 times a week until you feel you need a greater challenge. Go to Foundation Series classes. For information and advanced training, coaching or teacher training email reed@methodyoga.com

  • *REV Intro

    REV is for weight loss and to build muscular stamina. Do this class 2-3 times a week for 1-4 weeks. If this isn't challenging move to Foundation Series classes. For information and advanced training, coaching or teacher training email reed@methodyoga.com
