This training system is the perfect compliment to Rocket Yoga training. It will challenge you to move with speed, endurance and power necessary to shed unwanted body mass.
This training system is designed for learning and step by step progress. Do each video for 2-4 weeks, or until the challenge is overcome, and progress to the next video.
