Do the best you can and keep in mind the old saying, "Rome wasn't build in a day." 20 years ago I walked into my first yoga class and I couldn’t sit on the floor. I was like a 70 year old man, my body was wrecked from college football and a decade of high impact training. I know the pain and the discomfort and I know you can slowly work through and create a light flexible body with my system. Do this class 20 times before moving on.
