This is an introduction into the Rocket Series. It is recommend if you have no prior yoga experience. Blocks and straps are helpful. Do the best you can and keep in mind the old saying, "Rome wasn't build in a day." 20 years ago I walked into my first yoga class and I couldn’t sit on the floor. I was like a 70 year old man, my body was wrecked from college football and a decade of high impact training. I know the pain and the discomfort and I know you can slowly work through and create a light flexible body with my system. Do this class 20 times before moving on.
