The Rocket is a series of yoga routines that is a revision of traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa and allows the beginner to practice modifications of the advanced asanas. This flowing and organized sequence of postures is designed to create a symmetry of strength, flexibility and balance. In the Rocket System, the upbeat tempo of movement is the catalyst for transformation. These classes are designed to wake up the nervous system while promoting a spirit of change and freedom in the practice.
This is progressive training system designed to move you through 5 levels of challenge. It is recommended that you always begin at Intro/Foundations and advance at your own pace.
