I hope everybody is enjoying Spring, the time change and feeling the motivation of this time of year. To help you I've uploaded some great new videos. This 'Intro' series is designed a little bit different than the other training levels. I wanted beginners and those new to Method Yoga more to work with as well as those that are strapped for time. There is nothing better than getting in fifteen or twenty minutes of movement in during the day. This series will target different areas of the body so you can do them as a stand alone or stack them and do them progressively for really great workout.
I've relocated ROCKET transitions to help you get motivated and challenge yourself with an aspect of the practice that is rarely covered in class- moving between postures and challenging transitions. To me, this is most enjoyable aspect of the Rocket Series. I hope you will take the time to regularly challenge yourself with these transitions. Try them once a month and incorporate them and practice them when ever you feel like it. You'll see serious coordination and development with a just a little bit of practice.
