One thing I always tell my clients- don't get out of shape and it won't be so hard to get back to optimal condition. Of course there are times when you have to take a break and recover. Who doesn't like to be lazy for a day or two?!! Maybe you like to sleep during the winter months or pig out. Whatever it is, make it a quick break. The goal isn't to struggle to GET into great shape its to 'BE' in optimal condition always. Maintaining great condition is so much easier than getting there.
I'm excited about the new year. I'll be sharing on this platform weekly to help keep you all motivated and give you training tips that I use. I'll be launching some exciting training videos and programs for extended learning and teacher training. These programs will compliment what is already up on the platform to create a truly modern yoga teacher training and advanced training programs.
