For me, when I woke up and realized I was broken and needed help I had a moment of clarity. I got busy and put in 4 continuous years of daily practice. I rearranged my body and I healed myself chronic pain from a decade of high impact training and college football that rendered my body useless at age 22. Then I set out on a journey to put it together, the most transformative methods in one system. I got motivated and created Method Yoga.
