Hello there! I was recently reading 'The One Thing' by Gary Keller and I have to recommend it to you all. Get it now and put his ideas to use. There are a lot of gems that will streamline your life and help with productivity. I was really moved by chapter six, The Disciplined Life. It talked about how the right discipline goes a long way and how habits are formed. I know some of you are struggling and resisting getting your class in but its easy. We are though the holidays and you can change all of that very fast. The University of London did a study in 2009 and figured out when a new behavior of exercise and diet tend to become automatic. While some rapid learners developed the habit in a little as 18 days, other took as long as 254 days. The average time to make this implementation was only 66 days!
Our goal is to train and watch our diet everyday for the next 66 days starting January 1.

Also, these researchers reported that the students who successfully acquired one positive habit reported less stress, less impulsive spending, better eating, less alcohol and drug use, as well a fewer hours watching TV. How does that sound?
